I have no clue what this style of tuque is called, but it's sleek. Perfect for keeping the brain toasty on a fall day or for a commando assault on an Al-Qaeda stronghold under the cover of darkness. Versatility must always be considered when purchasing clothes.

CAPPING IT WELL

Going to the supermarket in style is a "must', according to an anonymous French fashionista: one never knows where one's picture may be taken. While stiletto boots, a black leather jacket with copper buttons and a shirt, long enough not to cover too much, do most of the work for this leggy outfit, it is the all-black baseball-slash-horseback riding cap that brings a touch of cuteness and uniqueness to the concept. Trucker hats with words that begin in "Ed" and end in "Hardy" would achieve quite the opposite result.

SWEATERS DON'T HAVE TO BE DULL

Just 'cuz it's getting cold, we don't always have to go out dressed like an Italian widow at the foot of the Alps.
